ORDER PROCESSING ACCORDING TO SPECIFICATION AT KWB

Enquiry:
As soon as we receive your enquiry (usually by e-mail or fax), we first check whether we have the capabilities to fulfill your order according to your specification.

Meeting:
In cases where customer orders are more complex, a meeting with you follows to further define your requirements and to discuss alternative solutions.

Quote
Next, comes the detailed quote that we submit to you.

Planning and implementation:
As soon as we receive your order, we prepare the construction plan for your approval. After that, your order goes into production. At the end of the manufacturing process, which is tightly coordinated with you, preliminary acceptance, tests and quality testing follow.

Delivery:
Last, we deliver your machine, set it up at your facility and train your employees how to operate it. As soon as everything runs smoothly, you sign the final approval.

KWB Services
Afterwards, we will continue to support you. We provide maintenance and services for the lifetime of the machines we deliver.
